Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Simplicity Holding Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$55 million initial public offering of 200,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8367).
Simplicity Holding Limited operates casual dining, full service restaurants across Kowloon and the New Territories in Hong Kong. The Company currently owns and operates 10 restaurants, offering Chinese, western and Thai cuisine under its respective Marsino, La Dolce, and Grand Avenue Thai Cafe brands.
