Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Sinic Holdings (Group) Company Limited (“Sinic Holdings”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$250 million 9.50% senior notes due 2021.
Sinic Holdings is a large-scale and comprehensive property developer in the PRC, focusing on the development of residential and commercial properties.
