Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Skymission Group Holdings Limited (“Skymission Group”) in connection with its HK$140 million global offering of 800 million shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1429).
Skymission Group provides formwork engineering services and is one of the major subcontractors in the formwork works industry in Hong Kong for over 20 years.
