Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Sunac Services Holdings Limited (“Sunac Services ”) in connection with its HK$8 billion listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited involving a Hong Kong Public Offering and International Offering. (Stock code: 1516) .The listing is a spin off from its parent, Sunac China Holdings Limited ( Stock code :1819), which is principally engaged in the development and sale of properties in the People’s Republic of China.
Sunac Services offers property management services such as security, cleaning, gardening etc. for the operation of common area facilities for properties in the People’s Republic of China. It also offers property interior decoration, real estate brokerage and community living services.
