Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) and its subsidiary guarantors in connection with the issue by the Company of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020 with an aggregate principal amount of US$165 million, which were consolidated to form a single class with the US$235 million 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020 issued by the Company in September 2017.

Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd operates its business through four segments: The Mixed-use Business Complexes and Multi-functional Residential Communities segments engage in the development and sales of their respective products. The Investment Properties segment deal with leasing of office and commercial premises. The Property Management and Hotel Operation segment engages in property management and hotel accommodation services.
