Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. (“Sunshine 100”) and to its British Virgin Islands and Mauritius subsidiary guarantors, Sunmode Limited, Keyasia Investments Limited and Riverside Investment Ltd, in connection with Sunshine 100’s issue of US$235 million 8.5% Senior Notes due 2020.
Sunshine 100 operates its business through four segments. The Mixed-use Business Complexes segment engages in the development and sales of business complex products. The Multi-functional Residential Communities segment focuses on the development and sales of residential properties and land development. The Investment Properties segment deals with leasing of offices and commercial premises and the Property Management and Hotel Operation segment engages in the provision of property management service and hotel accommodation services.
