Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (“Sunshine 100”) in connection with the issue of 12.0% senior notes due 2023 with an aggregate principal amount of US$120 million (the “Notes”).
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of Sunshine 100, Keyasia Investments Limited and Sunmode Limited, in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
Sunshine 100 operates its business through four segments: Mixed-use Business Complexes, Multi-functional Residential Communities, Investment Properties, and Property Management and Hotel Operation.
