Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to UIL Limited (“UIL”), a Bermuda company whose primary listing is on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE: UTL) on the admission of 87,293,319 ordinary shares par value £0.10 pence of UIL to the Official List of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”).
Admission of the ordinary shares was announced by the BSX on 5 November 2019.
