Conyers advised the investment company VNV Global Ltd. in connection with the group’s redomicile from Bermuda to Sweden (the “Redomicile”). The Redomicile was carried out by way of a Bermuda law scheme of arrangement, whereby Swedish Depository Receipts representing common shares of VNV Global Ltd. were exchanged for shares in the company’s Swedish affiliate VNV Global AB (publ) that, following the Redomicile, became the new parent company of the group.
