Conyers acted for Watford Holdings Ltd. (“Watford”) in connection with its direct listing of up to 3.6 billion of common shares held by existing shareholders on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (NasdaqGS:WTRE).
Founded in 2013, Bermuda based Watford is a global property and casualty insurance and reinsurance company with approximately $1.1 billion in capital and with operations in Bermuda, the United States and Europe.
