Conyers advises Xin Point Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$855 million IPO

Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Xin Point Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$855 million initial public offering (IPO) of 500,000,000 Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1571).

Xin Point Holdings CO., Ltd, established in 2002, is one of China’s leading manufacturers of plastic electroplating components in the automotive industry.
