Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with its public offering up to RMB2.5 billion bonds with a repayment term of no more than 10 years to be issued by the Issuer on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
