Conyers advises Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$120 million IPO

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands law advice to Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$120 million initial public offering (IPO) of 100,000,000 shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1536).

Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of DTH rockdrilling tools in Hong Kong.
