In the matter of Pacific Fertility Institutes Holding Company Limited (the “Company”), Conyers acted for Innomed Group Limited (the “Petitioner”) who applied to the Grand Court to wind up the Company on a just and equitable basis. The Petitioner is wholly owned by China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

On 21 June 2019, Conyers successfully applied, on behalf of the Petitioner, to the Grand Court for provisional liquidators to be appointed to the Company, pending the hearing of the winding-up petition. Pursuant to the Petitioner’s application, Mike Penner and Tan Wei Cheong of Deloitte were appointed as joint provisional liquidators.
