Conyers continues its expansion of its Cayman Islands office with the appointment of Counsel Alex Davies in the corporate practice. Alex brings a wealth of experience that complements and enhances the firm’s current offering.

Alex joins a highly regarded and growing team of corporate attorneys with recognised experienced in a wide range of corporate and finance matters including equity and debt capital markets transactions, M&A, investment funds, insurance and asset and fund finance.
Prior to joining Conyers, Alex worked for another leading offshore firm in the Channel Islands. An accomplished attorney, Alex’s experience includes advising clients across a broad range of public and private corporate transactions including capital markets, private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and offshore funds.
