Conyers continues its expansion of its Cayman Islands office with the appointment of Associate Sarah McLennan in the Litigation & Restructuring practice. Sarah brings a wealth of experience in both commercial litigation and insolvency that complement and enhance the firm’s current offering.

Prior to joining Conyers, Sarah led the Restructuring & Insolvency team at Practical Law with responsibility for contentious insolvency content and was a Senior Associate at several prestigious London firms. Sarah’s experience includes acting on a diverse range of litigation matters for creditors, banks, insolvency office-holders, directors and companies in both corporate and personal insolvency matters including more general commercial litigation involving the enforcement of judgements within and outside the jurisdiction, contractual disputes, applications for injunctive relief including freezing and search and seizure orders, minority shareholder petitions, handling mediations, carrying high value complex cases to trial and cases concerning breaches of directors’ duties.
