Anna Bruce-Smith’s practice covers all areas of private client and trust law, with particular focus on international and local trusts and estate planning arrangements. Her expertise includes advising on the establishment of international trust structures and private trust company structures, trust restructuring matters, providing advice to trustees about their duties and obligations, and advising on trust law interpretation.

Jacqueline King’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on insurance law and regulation. She specializes in the licensing and ongoing regulation of insurance companies and regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and direct listings, equity and debt financing and private placements.

Edward Rance’s practice consists of a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including in and out of court insolvencies and restructurings. He has particular expertise in relation to the Bermuda banking sector. Edward also advises ultra-high net worth individuals on offshore holding structures.

Rhys Williams’s practice covers all areas of commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring. He also has significant experience advising on directors’ duties, shareholder disputes, minority prejudice claims, contentious and non-contentious trusts, and professional negligence claims.

Nicola Bruce handles a wide range of litigious and non-litigious matters for international clients including private individuals, trustees, companies, charities and pension schemes. She advises on trust law, international regulation, charity law and commercial issues.
