Conyers to have Presence in Saint Lucia for Recently Relocated BVI Commercial Court

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court announced on 14 September that it would be relocating the Commercial Division of the BVI High Court to Saint Lucia.

Conyers’ BVI Litigation Partner, Jerry Samuel, will be relocating to the region to maintain an on the ground presence for the firm.

This will allow the firm direct access to client matters and proceedings that are taking place.

We will continue to inform you of updates as more information becomes available once the Court is in session on 25 September.
