Join Jonathon Milne, Spencer Vickers and Nienke Lillington at the INSOL International Cayman Islands Seminar on Thursday, 12 November at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. Organised in association with RISA Cayman, IWIRC Cayman and South Square, this event brings together insolvency and restructuring practitioners for a focused programme in a leading international financial centre.
Jonathon, an INSOL Fellow, will moderate the panel “The Cayman Islands: Jurisdiction of Choice — But Why?” The session will look at the drivers behind the Cayman Islands’ lasting appeal as a financial services hub from the perspective of the judiciary, insolvency practitioners, attorneys and senior representatives of the financial services industry.
Nienke, also an INSOL Fellow, assisted in putting together the wider programme in her role on the Organising Committee. The programme will cover key regional and international developments, emerging trends, practical case studies and the changing challenges facing the insolvency and restructuring community.
