- In Bermuda, our lawyers have advised on more IPOs for shipping and shipping-related companies than any other law firm; including the record breaking Team Tankers International transaction, which included a registration of 14 vessels (the most at one time in Bermuda) and listing on the Oslo Bors.
- In Cayman, we regularly advise on complex commercial shipping and superyacht transactions. One notable recent matter was the award-winning Alpha Bank securitization, recognised by Marine Money, in which Conyers acted not only as Cayman counsel but additionally advised as to the laws of Bermuda and the BVI.
