This updated Cayman Companies Law Compendium includes amendments made by the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019, in force 8 August 2019, with the exception of section 5, which inserts section 55A, and shall come into force on such date as may be appointed by Order made in Cabinet. Previous legislative updates include the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2018, in force 1 March 2018.
