Alexandra represents clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private capital and joint venture arrangements. Alexandra has experience in advising corporates, listed issuers and private capital clients on mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors.

Before joining Conyers, Alexandra was a member of the market-leading private capital team at Freshfields in London.
