Anna-Rose has experience in advising on a broad range of high-value commercial disputes, including freezing injunctions, contractual disputes, civil fraud, and private wealth disputes. She has worked on complex, multijurisdictional litigation, regularly navigating jurisdiction challenges and cross-border issues.
Anna-Rose has an interest in litigation relating to crypto-assets. She has acted for clients who are the victims of major cryptocurrency thefts, as well as defending applications for freezing and disclosure orders which relate to crypto-assets.
While practicing in New Zealand, Anna-Rose gained experience in regulatory prosecution. In addition to her civil experience, she also worked as a Crown prosecutor in New Zealand, conducting jury and judge-alone trials, and appearing at other criminal hearings as Crown counsel.
