Chante van Rensburg is a Senior Account Manager with Conyers Management (Client Services).

Chante is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) (CA(SA)) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has 5 years of experience working in the Bermuda financial services industry.

Chante has extensive experience in providing accounting and management services for financial services companies, partnerships, and trusts.

Chante works with a diverse portfolio of Bermuda and offshore structures, including investment holding companies, shipping and aviation entities, and private wealth structures. Her practice focuses on financial reporting, cash management, payroll administration, regulatory filings, the preparation of financial statements, serving as a Segregated Accounts Company (SAC) representative, and CIGA loan monitoring for economic substance compliance. She works closely with directors, trustees, auditors, and legal advisors to support the effective administration and governance of corporate and fiduciary structures.

  • Acts as SAC representative and primary client contact for a broad range of entities, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting deliverables, stakeholder communications and service-provider relationships.
