  • Assists with the restoration of companies in the British Virgin Islands, including applications to the Registrar and court-led restoration proceedings
  • Assists with estate-related matters, including probate disputes and applications for grants of letters of administration, supporting both contentious and non-contentious proceedings
  • Assists with advising on and managing voluntary liquidations and strike-offs of companies incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands
  • Assists lawyers with the drafting of court documents, including affirmations, skeleton arguments and draft orders
  • Conducts legal research across a broad range of matters, including shareholder disputes and creditors’ winding-up proceedings, to support litigation and advisory work
  • Assists with the preparation of exhibits, hearing bundles and authorities bundles for use in court proceedings
  • Assists with the review of constitutional documents, including the memorandum and articles of association of companies, as well as transactional documents such as shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, in support of dispute-related matters
