Claire Pattimore

Claire is a Vice President of Conyers Governance (Cayman) Limited where she specialises in providing directorship, beneficial ownership, administration and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) services to Cayman Islands vehicles participating in investment funds and structured finance industries.

Claire is a qualified Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) with extensive experience within the offshore and onshore financial services industries where her current role involves the provision of directorship and AEOI to a wide range of financial products including investment funds, structured finance vehicles and other bespoke investment transactions. Previously, Claire provided legal administrative services to the general counsels of international organisations.
