Prior to joining Conyers, Daniel was based in Perth at a leading Australian law firm with a focus on M&A, particularly in the Australian and Asian markets.

  • Hastings Technology Metals Limited – on its C$135 million acquisition of a ~20% interest in TSX listed Neo Performance Materials funded by the issuance of A$150 million in convertible debt to Wyloo Metals
  • Hastings Technology Metals Limited – on its A$110 million capital raising conducted by way of two tranche placement and share purchase plan
  • Evolution Energy Minerals Limited – on its demerger from Marvel Gold Limited and A$22 million initial public offering on the ASX
