Farrah Miller is an Associate in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice. Farrah joined Conyers in 2022. Farrah’s practice covers general corporate with a particular emphasis on fund finance, including subscription finance and management fee facilities.

Her experience includes capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. Prior to joining Conyers, Farrah worked in the Corporate department of a leading Cayman Islands firm, where she regularly acted for leading financial institutions on lending and secured transactions.
