  • Conducted due diligence inquiries on a private entity for a restructured syndicated loan.
  • Advised a foreign company in setting up a local private entity in Malaysia.
  • Assisted a broad range of clientele in reviewing agreements, including share sale and purchase agreement, non-disclosure agreement, engagement agreement and maintenance and management agreement.
