Rebecca Peck is an Associate in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice.

Rebecca’s practice covers general corporate and regulatory matters with a particular emphasis on funds and investment management services. Her experience includes the establishment, structuring and ongoing maintenance and operation of private equity and hedge funds and all aspects of general corporate and compliance matters. Rebecca is also experienced in series financing, capital markets and general corporate governance. She acts for financial institutions and corporate clients (both startups and established companies) on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions.

Prior to joining Conyers, Rebecca worked in the Investment Funds group of a leading Cayman Islands firm, where she acted for leading investment managers, private equity houses and start-up managers.
