Conyers advised Bruton Limited (Euronext Growth Oslo: BRUT) on a private placement of the company’s shares (the “Private Placement”) valued at US$110 million.
The transaction included the successful allocation of 25,636,900 new shares at a price of US$4.29 per share, with Norwegian Depository Receipts representing the underlying newly issued common shares being issued to investors in the Private Placement.
Conyers acted as legal counsel to Bruton Limited on all Bermuda law aspects of the Private Placement. Director Guy Cooper and Ashley Bento of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the matter.
