Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to LC Logistics, Inc. (“LC Logistics”) in connection with its HK$145 million global offering on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 2490).
LC Logistics was founded in 2004 and is an integrated cross-border seaborne logistics service provider in China focusing on cross-border logistics services as its primary business line.
