Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Super Hi International Holding Ltd. (“Super Hi”) in connection with its listing by way of introduction on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. (Stock Code: 9658)
Primarily serving Haidilao Hot Pot worldwide, Super Hi is a directly owned and operated restaurant brand. Super Hi opened their first restaurant in Singapore in 2012 and currently operates 108 restaurants in 11 countries as of 2022.
