Conyers is pleased to announce the continued growth of its BVI office with the appointment of three lawyers. Conyers BVI welcomes Associates Jack Irwin, Aaron Mayers and Gráinne Hussey to the firm.
Jack Irwin joins the Conyers BVI Corporate practice, bringing expertise in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, private equity investments, shareholders and partnership arrangements and corporate reorganisations.
Aaron Mayers joins the BVI Litigation and Restructuring Practice from London, and brings significant experience in commercial and chancery litigation including director disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy.
Gráinne Hussey also joins the BVI Litigation and Restructuring Practice, and brings a particular expertise in complex commercial litigation, spanning insolvency disputes, fraud asset recovery matters and shareholder disputes.
