Conyers has advised Phoenix Aviation Capital (PAC) in connection with its issuance of a US$592 million term loan facility and the listing of the related loan notes on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. The proceeds of the issuance will be used to refinance PAC’s existing warehouse debt and support future expansion.

Morgan Stanley, Citi and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, with Morgan Stanley also serving as administrative agent and collateral agent.

The Conyers team was led by Partner Barnabas Finnigan. They collaborated with Clifford Chance, who served as transaction counsel, PwC, acting as tax advisor to Phoenix and AIP, and McCann Fitzgerald, who acted in capacity as Irish counsel to Phoenix and AIP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, who served as transaction counsel to the lenders.
