Conyers provided Cayman law advice to O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited (“O-Net”) in its privatization by way of a scheme of arrangement between O-Net and its scheme shareholders pursuant to an offer by Optical Beta Limited which valued O-Net at about HK$2,828.78 million and its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Founded in 2000, O-Net supplies optical communication devices and modules across Asia, North America and Europe. It is headquartered in Shenzhen.
