Michelle Au is an Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice. She joined Conyers in 2021.

Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and legal compliance matters.

Michelle advises PRC and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. She maintains a broad practice encompassing all aspects of corporate and commercial law involving Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands companies focusing on pre-IPO financings, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and initial public offerings (including listing of shares on major global exchanges such as the Nasdaq Global Market and Hong Kong Stock Exchange). Her experience also extends to corporate restructuring, capital reorganisation and financing, as well as a wide range of debt capital market transactions.

Michelle is one of the contributors to the book Commercial Transactions in the Virtual World—Issues and Opportunities.
