Conyers advised CTF Services Limited in connection with the issue of HK$2.218 billion 0.75% exchangeable bonds due 2028 exchangeable into ordinary shares of Shoucheng Holdings Limited. The Bonds are listed on the Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange.
The principal activities of CTF Services Limited (HK stock code: 659) and its subsidiaries include investing in and operating a wide range of businesses predominantly in Hong Kong and Mainland China including toll roads, financial services, logistics, construction and facilities management.
