Conyers has assisted Lindblad Expeditions, LLC (the Issuer) in connection with Cayman Islands law aspects of its recent issue of US$675 million, 7.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and its refinancing of a secured credit facility. The net proceeds of the bond issue are intended to be used to redeem, repurchase or repay all of the outstanding 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027, previously issued by the Issuer, and 9.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2028, previously issued by Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the Issuer’s direct parent entity).
