Conyers is delighted to announce the recognition of Conyers Trust (Bermuda) Limited at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards held 11 November 2025 in London, England.

Conyers Trust Services is exceptionally proud to have been recognised with two awards this year, including the silver award in the category of Best Employer – Career Progression. This award is a testament to the growth of the team and the tremendous importance that it places on the professional development of its people.

A ringing endorsement of that investment in people is represented in the team’s second award win of the evening: Senior Trust Administrator Trey Tucker’s recognition as Inspirational Individual of the Year (Bronze). This prestigious award calls attention to industry-leading wealth management professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves through outstanding leadership potential and overall excellence. Trey, who came up through the Conyers Trust trainee programme and was subsequently promoted into his current role, exemplifies the nurturing of local talent through hands-on experience, mentorship, and genuinely meaningful exposure to the trust services sector that differentiates Conyers Trust Services in the industry.

Spanning 12 to 18 months, the in-house Conyers Trust training programme entails comprehensive learning about various facets of trusts including trustee duties and obligations, fiduciary and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, ethics and professional standards, as well as systems and soft skills. There is a strong emphasis on facilitating ongoing career development.

Tina J. Laws, Head of Conyers Trust, said “We could not be more proud of these awards, which represent our true dedication to growing the best-in-class team and nurturing local talent within the Bermuda trust services industry. This recognition is a sign of even greater things to come.”

Reflecting on the success of the evening, Trey shared how privileged he felt to receive the award and expressed thanks to everyone at Conyers. Trey, who himself contributes mentorship to the Bermuda community via the Big Brothers program, also expressed gratitude to his mother for her guidance throughout his professional and personal development.
