Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Shangri-La Asia Limited (“Shangri-La Asia”) in connection with the issue of 2025 medium term notes (series 3) (bond connect) of up to an amount not exceeding RMB1 billion comprising two tranches with (a) tranche 1 in an initial issue amount not exceeding RMB500million and having a maturity of three plus two years (with Shangri-La Asia’s interest rate adjustment option and investors’ sell back option at the end of the third interest-bearing year) and (b) tranche 2 in an initial issue amount of not exceeding RMB500 million and having a maturity of five years, with basic issue amount of RMB0, by Shangri-La Asia on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

Shangri-La Asia develops, owns, leases, operates, and manages hotels and associated properties globally.
