Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to China Gas Holdings Limited (“China Gas”) in connection with the issue of up to RMB500 million medium term notes with a repayment term not exceeding five years for the 1st Tranche and up to RMB500 million medium term notes with a repayment term not exceeding five years for the 2nd Tranche.
China Gas is a cross-regional, integrated energy supplier and service provider, focusing mainly on investing in, building, and operating urban and township gas operations across China.
