Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited (“Green Circle Decarbonize”) in connection with its initial public offering in the United States and the listing of its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
Green Circle Decarbonize, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, engages in the business of the production and application of Phase Change Materials (PCM) which store and use thermal energy.
