Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of an aggregate amount of RM600 million third tranche 2025 super short-term commercial paper with maturity not exceeding 180 days.
Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure, established in 1996 and previously named GZI Transport Limited, has invested in, built, and operated bridges, expressways, and ports across China.
