Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (“China Energy Storage Technology”) on its privatisation by Fame Castle Enterprises Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
China Energy Storage Technology provides electronic manufacturing services, with a focus on the Belt and Road cross border supply chain.
