Conyers advised OMC Tankers Ltd. (OB: OMC) (“OMC Tankers”) in connection with the Bermuda law aspects of its spin-out from Bruton and admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.
OMC Tankers was admitted to trading with 61,923,808 Norwegian Depository Receipts, distributed to Bruton shareholders on a 1:1 basis, achieving a market capitalisation of approximately NOK 1.8 billion on its first day of trading on 28 August 2026.
OMC Tankers is a Bermuda-incorporated crude oil tanker owner, created by and spun-out from Bruton Limited. The company owns eight VLCC vessels currently under construction.
