Angie Chu is a Partner in the Hong Kong office of Conyers. She joined the firm in 2011 and completed a secondment in the Singapore office in 2020.
Angie’s practice covers all aspects of corporate law with particular focuses on mergers and acquisitions (including amalgamations, mergers and schemes of arrangement) and corporate financing (including private equity investments and pre-IPO financings, initial public offerings and listings of shares of Bermuda and Cayman companies).
Angie is recognised by Asian legal Business in the “40 Under 40” list in 2020. She is also named as a “Rising Star Partner” in the 2024 edition of the IFLR1000 (Financial & Corporate: Offshore).
