Aoife Smith

Aoife Smith is a Chartered Company Secretary (ACG) at Conyers Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited.

Aoife has extensive experience in the provision of corporate secretarial and board support services to a wide range of investment funds, holding companies and SPVs in the Cayman Islands and the BVI, as well as ICAVs, UCITs and management companies in Ireland. She also has experience in the insurance sector. Aoife supports large group structures, as well as local, international, private and trust related companies with statutory compliance and subsidiary governance requirements.

Prior to joining Conyers, Aoife was responsible for the provision of registered office, corporate and board support services at a professional services company in the Cayman Islands.

Aoife works closely with boards of directors and various stakeholders, specialising in the coordination of and attendance at board and shareholder meetings, the preparation of minutes and ensuring compliance with all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
