Prior to joining Conyers, Bethany has:

  • Worked at both international and offshore law firms in Hong Kong
  • Built extensive experience across investment funds and corporate matters
  • Assisted with fund formations, including the establishment and ongoing compliance of fund vehicles for institutional and high-net-worth clients
  • Supported complex cross-border transactions and portfolio structures spanning multiple jurisdictions, including coordination with onshore counsel and oversight of large investment portfolios
