Ceci Leung

Ceci Leung is a Conyers Corporate Services (CCS) Supervisor in Hong Kong. She joined Conyers’ Hong Kong office in 2008 and has over 12 years of experience in providing corporate services. She qualified as a company secretary in 2013.

She has an extensive knowledge of formation of entities for IPO transactions, funds, partnerships and principal share registrar services for listed companies. She also works closely with the Conyers legal team and the wider CCS teams in our other offices to provide comprehensive corporate, secretarial and administrative services to clients as well as ensuring that our corporate services is in full compliance to satisfy with the relevant regulatory standards for each of the jurisdictions.
